Tempeh Lettuce Cups
⁃1 thing of tempeh
⁃3 garlic cloves, pressed
⁃1 tbsp ginger, grated
⁃3 tbsp coconut aminos
⁃Chopped veg of choice- I used green beans and zucchini
⁃2 tsp miso paste
⁃Heat avocado oil in pan over medium heat. Add in pressed garlic and mix around. Let cook for a min or two.
⁃Add in chopped veg, miso past, coconut aminos, ginger and tempeh. Mix and cook, stirring occasionally.
⁃Continue to mix and cook, taste and adjust as needed. Add in chopped cashews and cook for a few more mins.
⁃Wash lettuce cups in the mean time.

Furthermore, a scratched non-stick, teflon pan or cooked at a high temperature, increases the exposure to toxic chemicals. Instead of teflon try to switch to stainless steal, cast iron or ceramic pots and pans.
