Looking for something easy an delicious for dinner tonight ! This pork Parmesan dish is so easy to make and taste amazing.
Pair it with a side of pasta or roasted veggies and voila you have a quick, easy dinner.
What you’ll need:
-5-6 boneless pork chops
-tomato sauce (any will do, I used some leftover sauce that I had frozen from a previous dinner)
-parmesan cheese (lots)
- sliced mozzarella cheese (5-8 slices)
-olive oil - 2 teaspoons
-seasoning used- garlic powered, salt pepper and rosemary to taste.
How to make:
- place pork chop in large mixing bowl and add olive and all seasoning to it.
-mix well and place in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- after 20 mins, take out pork and place in oven safe baking pan.
- smother pork in pasta sauce and parmesan cheese
- cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- take out of oven and add the mozzarella cheese over entire pan. Bake until cheese is melted.
- optional step- once cheese is melted, add more pasta sauce and broil on high for 5 minutes.
- serve topped with more parmesan cheese and your desired side dish!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I loved it! The visited with friends, and the restaurant accommodated all six of us at a last minute reservation (before the COVID rules about households came into effect). I I had the prawns for starters and they were so tasty! For mains, we all ordered steak - either ribeye or fillet. I ordered the fillet steak, which was cooked to perfection and the red wine jus that I chose was just delicious 😍 I’ve had steak at Hawksmoor and Gaucho’s and this was up there in terms of quality and at a perfectly reasonable price! We visited this restaurant in Winchmore Hill just before lockdown, and all covid mitigations were in place. The restaurant itself is very modern, and feels high end despite it being such reasonable prices for outer London. They also serve Baileys Irish Coffee which was heaven 🤤 I’ve heard excellent things about their Sunday roast dinners too, so I can’t wait to go back for one 😊 Overall: 8.5/10 for a delicious steak dinner, at a decent price! ✅
